Step inside and be greeted by a beautiful interior that combines modern farmhouse style with warm bohemian accents. The open layout and generous living spaces provide plenty of room to enjoy hanging out or relaxing.
The living room includes a 65” Roku TV, sectional sofa and bean bag (Please note the fireplace is out of service.) There’s a family room as well with additional seating and board games.

You will stay in 4 bedrooms--1 on the main floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Bedrooms are equipped with extra blankets, desks/workspaces, and spacious closets for storage w/ hangers.

---KITCHEN/DINING---
The kitchen is well equipped for your stay--including cooking essentials, dishes and utensils, new appliances, and a fully stocked spice rack. Dining room has enough room for everyone and then some.

---OUTSIDE SPACE---
The house is located on a main street with potential for traffic noises, which has not been an issue for 99% of guests. Letting you know in case you might be the 1%.

---ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING---
Driveway parking for 3 cars in front of the garage. Driveway is wide and flat.
There are 5 steps to access the main floor. Once inside, everything is accessible on the main floor (kitchen, living, queen bedroom, full bathroom). There to access 3 of the bedrooms.

Keyless entry with a code - you will be provided with the check-in code on the day of your check-in day to access the house. No access to the basement or garage.

Call or message us if you need anything! I will respond right away, unless it's the middle of the night.

Neighborhood

Piedmont is a cute neighborhood that offers bars, restaurants, coffee shops and parks. Make sure to stop by the stunning Peninsula Park Rose Garden to see the roses if you're visiting between May and October. The location is close to I-5, MAX and public transit.

***Compliance*** Please note that the City of Portland requires me to keep a record of the full names and addresses of each guest.

***Parking*** There are 3 off-street parking spaces in the driveway. Although it may appear that more cars can be parked in this space, only 3 vehicles are allowed on site. There is street parking available around the block for additional vehicles on N. Williams Ave. and N. Russet Street.

***Security Cameras*** There is a driveway camera and a Blink doorbell camera which will be recording during your stay for security purposes. These devices monitor exterior access areas only and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HouseRules

As a general rule, we ask that guests be respectful of the property. Please no food in bedrooms. Shoes off inside the house.

#1) Anything damaged or missing from the property upon move-out will be charged back to you via Airbnb. Please report any damages immediately and we may be able to cover the cost.
