What to Expect When You Stay at Cozy Vibe Stays: Check-In, Parking & Guest FAQ

A few questions come up before almost every stay. Here’s the straight version of each.

How do I check in? All three homes use keyless self check-in — you’ll get a code ahead of arrival, so there’s no coordinating a key handoff or waiting around for anyone. Typical reply time for check-in questions is fast; Clarissa is local and responsive, not routed through a support queue.

Is there parking? Yes, at all three homes. Rose City House has off-street driveway parking for up to three standard vehicles. Forest Floor has one designated space in front of the house, though larger vehicles like pickup trucks may need nearby street parking. The Casita has driveway parking as well.

Can I bring a pet? Depends on the home. Rose City House doesn’t accept pets; the Casita and Forest Floor may work, so call ahead and ask directly rather than assuming either way.

What’s this about guest registration? The City of Portland requires a full name and address on file for every guest at larger listings. It takes a minute during booking and keeps the stay fully compliant — it’s not optional, but it’s not a hassle either.

What if my group is too big for one home? That’s exactly what the three-home setup is for. Rose City House and Forest Floor sit side by side, so two groups get separate front doors and kitchens without anyone driving across town in the morning. If you’re between sizes, call and Clarissa will tell you straight which combination works.

What if something comes up during my stay? You’re calling the person who owns the home, not submitting a ticket. That’s the whole point of booking direct.

Most questions that aren’t covered here get answered in the same two-minute call that sorts out which home to book in the first place.

Check availability to see what’s open for your dates, or reach out first if you’d rather talk it through.
